Very much a roving role, my work takes me around the country to both Client and Capita offices.

Client Director, Capita
My responsibility is to support a number of clients in both the Commercial and Central Government sectors who procure technology services.
This includes cutting edge Cloud and Enterprise services, Managed Networks, Applications, Smart Communications, End User Services and Professional Services.
The commercial sectors I support include Finance, Insurance and Asset Services, and each has a different requirement to support.
I manage these Client relationships very closely and am fortunate to have a strong team of project and programme managers, service managers and finance people who assist me to manage Business as Usual (BaU) services, delivery of exciting new services, and ensure that finances are controlled and managed.
