Programme Manager, Capita

The programme was the Recruiting Partnering Project, a major investment for transformation of military recruiting.
 
While the Army retains ownership of recruitment policy, entry criteria and assessment standards, Capita deliver the entire process for the attraction and recruitment of soldiers and officers to the Regular and Territorial Army. The IT solution provides a tri-service platform to underpin recruitment for Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force
 

My role was to lead the IT development to provide:

  • Flexible platform to underpin transformed recruiting;

  • Support for variations in recruiting process by Service;

  • A multi-tenanted platform to support tri-service;

  • Automation of existing repetitive manual admin;

  • A fully online application process;

  • Integration with existing legacy systems; and

  • A secure platform that can be accredited.
