In this role I had full responsibility and accountability for business development activity in key land sector, Media Broadcast.
Part of this was to ensure all market requirements were reflected in the product development process.
I established a commercial end-to-end framework for testing new solutions across the BGAN network including partner identification, and implemented a field trial process including incentives that stimulated usage in target sectors.
It was here I created and established the BGAN Broadcast Working Group (BBWG), a group aimed at opening up a two way communication with the Media sector.
